Vanessa Teodoro

Vanessa Teodoro is a South African born artist living in Lisbon, Portugal.

“I started out in graphic design and art direction, but soon found out that illustration was my calling” 

“The characters I create are born from my everyday life such as graffiti-street art, tattoos, african patterns and comic books. My paintings have adopted a strong language, funny and always have something to say. I specially like painting bold female icons and witty colorful pieces with a lot of detail e movement.”

“I've had the opportunity to work with some cool brands such as Canon, Harley Davidson, MTV, YouTube, Vodafone, Citroen, IKEA, Red Bull, Coach Bags and others.”
