Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping:

Prints are shipped in tubes and sent by registered mail (Track & Trace)

Delivery time:

• Portugal: 2-4 work days

• Europe: 5-8 work days

• Elsewhere: 8-10 work days

Rates:

• Portugal: 3,90€ - 5,50€

• Europe: 7,00€ - 16,00€

• Elsewhere: 10,00€ - 29,00€

Please note that if you are outside the European Union you are responsible for any customs fees incurred.

ORDERING

Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 2-5 work days of payment being received.

Please make sure you provide the correct address at the time of order because if the items are returned to us we will have to charge for re-postage.

We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.

In the unlikely event that the goods become damaged during postage then please let us know as soon as they arrive and we can investigate this. If you do not report this immediately then we will not accept any responsibility for the damage and are not obliged to reimburse you.
